Donations or Hosting an Event for Land for the Homeless?

We all to give to charity, at least from time to time.  Us here in the “energy world” of light workers and healers seem to generously give to many and as frequently as we can.

What I’d like to request after time and consideration is that anyone who is interested in helping LandfortheHomeless.org, which is a non-profit 503C in NJ working with the unsheltered homeless…

  • We’ve done drives with some success,
  • We’ve done tabling (Like at Barnes & Noble in Brick around the holidays, and Michelle Leonard with SoulSational in the summer) with some success,
  • We’ve done food and supply drop offs,
  • We’ve done a spaghetti dinner and an auction.

All these things are AWESOME, but we would love to have “regular” monthly contributions from our many supporters.

Would you be on board with signing up for a recurring monthly payment of as little as $1 through PayPal?  Maybe $5 or $10? 

Or, would you like to host a monthly event (for even one hour) and donate a portion to help L4H?

I am holding monthly women’s circles, usually on the third Saturday of the month, and I’m donating the whole thing, but splitting it with a friend who is donating to Yoga Life Society.  Please like me on Facebook to get info on this wonderfully fulfilling women’s event and more classes coming soon.

Stop Jumping Around with Law of Attraction Energy Practices

You know those people.

They complain that nothing is working.  They’ve tried “everything”.  Yet, still…no results.  I have news for you.  They aren’t really practicing then.

You see, nobody needs a toolbox with thousands of tools, or needs to read every book by every expert.  Yet, so many jump from person to person’s wealth of “knowledge” just to see what they know.  But then–they don’t dedicate much time to an actual PRACTICE, so they still don’t get very far with any one thing.

Nothing improves for this person, their life sucks, they say, or that they have major problems in every area, career, family, money, and health.

You find yourself giving them your words of wisdom about being positive, but you really know that IF they were practicing any one energy practice, they would see gradual results.  But you are a good friend so maybe you won’t say a thing (because you’ll just LOA ignore them)…

IF you happen to be the jumper, that’s ok…take a deep breath and just release that need to learn more and practice later.  Just get comfortable practicing now.  Whatever you want, practice now.

If you are feeling lonely and isolated, go out and practice being with others.  Give someone the gift of YOU, and others will see you and welcome you. (Go into it with frustration and anger and others will not want you there).

If you are unhappy with yourself in some way, release the need to be perfect and embrace that you are in exactly the right spot that is needed for the changes you want.  And now the changes can come.  There is something to be happy about right now, that the sun was there to light our planet (even if you didn’t find anything personal…look around at the systems put in place that our human laws can’t explain).

If you are disappointed you haven’t reached your goal yet, meditate and get quiet.  Feel that you are moving in the right direction now.  Source always has a way to bring your favorite people, things, and fun to you, but only if you get into receiving mode.  Yes, it can happen, and yes, it can be easy.  Even your whole life can be easy.  If you can practice ease now.

Stop jumping from program to program and stick with things that work, such as:

  1. Meditation
  2. Journaling
  3. Being Present

There are lots of law of attraction books and teachers and systems and you may have tried a few or many.  Think about what works, and it’s usually something simple and easy.  So that is what I like to promote, that you have this innate ability to get back to that simple and easy approach and make it yours.  You are completely intuitive and meant to use it!!

You are a goldmine of good qualities, and these qualities can come out when you are free from interference of the mind.  These three items, meditation, journaling, and being present all have the idea of being present and being comfortable with yourself.

Morning Appreciation Manifesting Routine Abraham Hicks

Some people wake up super happy, so I am sharing my morning appreciation routine, some of it is Abraham-Hicks type stuff but all of it is energy work, clearing energy blocks, and being my Highest Self.

I wanted to share some of what I’m doing–because feeling good is what I want and I know this is helping me to focus my mind in the right way to consistently have good feelings.

If I just looked at my reality, I might not be able to find happiness.  I had to not judge appearances, and realize my God Self, and really go beyond my limits.  As a mom in my early forties, I am realizing that the only thing that matters is love, and I want my new image of myself to reflect my new beliefs, which include love, appreciation, joy, happiness, peace, and especially freedom.

So, this is what I’m doing to create the good feelings (kind of like I’m invincible, and I know I am because I am eternal anyway):

1.  Wake up and appreciate what I’m experiencing right then.  Things like my bed, knowing my children are safe, that we have so many freedoms and abundance of all kinds.

2.  I write one or more paragraphs in my journal about a specific good feeling (fun, playfulness, thoughtful, caring, generous, unconditional love, clarity) and spend about 2-5 minutes writing, because as I write I am building in positive momentum, as long as I keep my words general.  For instance, “All is well, everything is always working out for me, and I am realizing my Highest Self” feels way better than, “I barely paid my bills.”  Of course, there are differences between these two statements, and reasons for choosing each.  The first speaks of unconditional faith and a knowing that all really is well because I can’t make a mistake, and all life is really perfect as is.  The second speaks of lack, which is something we all want to stay away from.  There is a story we all tell ourselves after we experience something–if you tell yourself a story of lack then you are blind to the Universal Laws that are working without permission from you.

3.  I visualize my Energy Ball, (rub your hands together and feel the energy between them) like Christie Marie Sheldon, and I put all the good feelings I want in it for myself and others. So, I just feel me planting the love, the peace, the fun, the freedom, the clarity, the abundance, the gentleness, the harmony, the cooperation, the forgiveness in the energy between my hands, and I send this energy ball to myself, then all of my family members, then all the beings in the world and universe.

You may think this is no big deal, but I assure you, it is.  To have faith in myself and my creative abilities is what God or Source wants for us.  If you are inclined, try this as well,, and share any other good morning appreciation or manifesting routine or tips you may have.

Finding Bliss during stressful times

Welcome to LOA and More! Today I am interested in expressing how well the LOA works and how to use it effectively even when you feel like you’ve been given a bowl of lemons.

Everyone feels helpless at times, like the control we have is slipping away. Like we are trying so hard and what we want is leaving, and there is a void. Or an angry person is telling you where to go and you not only don’t deserve it, but you didn’t see it coming!

If we are practicing LOA then we also know that we create our own reality…So what we expect, desire, and believe will happen is what will manifest.

And this is why it’s not necessary to be perfect, but it is necessary to make gradual changes in how you respond to each situation that arises. It’s not complicated, especially if you just try to maintain a good mood most of the time.

See if the next few examples make sense for you and if you’d like to challenge yourself to try it as well.

1.  You’re speaking with your spouse and then he/she finds fault with you. Typically, you would stuff that feeling down or get upset and blow up.

LOA teaches awareness, so you can stop or slow down the flow of energy toward helplessness, anger, fear, shame, doubts.  Even while your partner is unhappy, you don’t have to be!

You can remember to breathe and relax in the knowing that this accusation is not about you, but about him/her.

You might be considerate and acknowledge that your partner may have had a bad day, or maybe received some bad news.  Becoming aware of yourself during these situations is a great step toward having a new and desired outcome.  What would you like yours to be?

2.  You thought you were getting ahead then you get yet “another” setback.  You feel burdened with all you have on your shoulders, and you barely have any room to move.

LOA teaches you to find ease, so that when you aren’t in a sticky situation, you would be practicing ease.  If you were doing that often, you will see the results!  So, what can you do now to bring some ease into your life?  Something small, like breathing deeply while you are waiting in line, or while you are driving?

You can’t get ahead until you decide you have an easy life right now!

Focus Wheel and Focus are Key for Success

I was blown away by this Focus Wheel video from Abraham-Hicks, and focus is truly the key for LOA success.  This process is very effective to move you into better feeling thoughts, and make you feel more certain and sure about where you are going.  (The example here is someone asking about Real Estate success, but really does apply to anyone).

If you would like to see/hear/feel how the Focus Wheel process works, this is the perfect way to find out.  The wheel has a statement that you begin with and then you proceed to add some similar feeling statements, that you keep general enough in the earlier stages, and you get more specific as you gain in positive momentum/clarity/strength/belief.

Money and Abundance

Here’s a nice short clip from Abraham-Hicks about Money and Abundance and how they are related.  Get this:  money comes from overall ALIGNMENT, that is all it is.  And, I’ve often heard it said that money is a way to say, “Thank you,” for what you receive.

You want and need money, but are you Aligned often?  Once in a while?  Frequently?

Get clear for yourself about what values you hold, and be honest about if you are following those values.  If you are not, you feel negative emotions, and this is what blocks good things from flowing into your lives.  If you feel great, then there is likely money flowing already.

Fast Manifesting

OHHHHHH.  It is so nice to feel positive momentum flowing, especially when it’s free and easy.  When the mind is clear of clutter, and we are feeling good, manifesting can be pretty quick, within days at times.

I feel that a tremendous burden of useless old thoughts have been removed from my daily routine, because of practicing LOA and using Abraham-Hicks information.  That didn’t happen overnight, but it is happening.  It probably took a few years of on and off practice to get better at understanding how energy flows.

Now that I’m a more Deliberate Creator, and made my life about coaching LOA because I love it, I am so happy that I actually AM good at manifesting what I want, and helping others manifest as well. More

11 Forgotten Laws of the Universe by Bob Proctor and Mary Morrissey

I love the 11 Forgotten Laws of the Universe, and Bob Proctor and Mary Morrissey are gifted and natural teachers. I am writing about this topic today because it is of interest to me, because it expands me every time I think about it, and because it may also do the same for you. Considering that the Law of Attraction is the most focused upon law, and according to Esther Hicks, it’s also the strongest, these other laws are unknown or not explored much.  I’ve become so much happier working with each of these laws, accepting them into my being, and now doing this 11 Forgotten Laws Review so that anyone who wants this powerful manifesting information can benefit from it.
