Hi Friends,

Have you been wishing lately that you’d started your New Year’s Resolutions earlier?  Feeling like you wasted your time so far, and wanting to find a groove?

There’s still FEBRUARY.  And March, and April.  And the whole year.  Do I sound like I’m procrastinating about Health?  No, I’m not.

But what I am doing, is I’m not beating myself up, nor would I ever ever beat you up, about what you didn’t do.  In fact, if you didn’t do something that you wished you had, it’s giving you the necessary life experience to push you to DO IT EVENTUALLY.

So that’s where I come in.  The Vibration of Good Health is ease and smoothness.  It’s high expectation, it’s willingness to try something.  It’s quiet reflection.  It’s listening.  It’s being sorta kinda happy without having anything real to show for it.

And it’s yours.  Right now.

You don’t need to sign up on the dotted line.  Although I do have some forms if you want me to be your coach.  BUT you have to call me at 848-232-8392 for some coaching information.  I generally charge $300 for 150 phone coaching minutes.  Easy peasy!  Nice and flexible.

That’s broken down into:

Week 1:  60 Minutes

Week 2, Week 3, and Week 4:  30 minutes each.

Pretty good deal, right?  We use the Law of Attraction for your best health.  And my best coaching skills.  We both gain.  We both sincerely work toward goals, although not everyone loves goals, I like having some.  Do you like having some goals, like feeling better for health, and in your body?  Do you like having better digestion?  Do you like pooping?  Oh my God, people are having trouble JUST with pooping.  My health coaching website is Detox With Jen, so go there as well to find out about using some fruit fasting.

LOA Acne and Detoxing the Body

It’s really exciting to wake up and look in the mirror and LOVE what you see, Yes?

To be pleased with your own face, to be sure it’s easy to maintain inner beauty.  To have a sense of contentment after reaching this place where you just know you are beautiful and you don’t need to work hard at it.

Well, for many years I had an extra bad case of acne!  And I started doing a detoxing program for the whole body, not one you buy in a kit, although those can be helpful also, but the kind that I researched, bought books on, tested out, and began to practice…with great results so far.

And, it’s not hard or expensive!  It’s mostly drinking more grape juice with lemon juice squeezed in.  And taking a few supplements.  It’s the Dr. Robert Morse diet, and I’m telling you about it because it ties into my own healing for my acne, using the law of attraction.

I’ve seen many variations, but the main idea is to kickstart the body’s ability to cleanse by getting the kidneys filtering properly (I use adrenal and kidney herbs to do this).  Once the kidneys are filtering, then I used lymph herbs.  And all the while, I am using fruit, fruit juices, and lemon water as much as possible, because they are astringents to remove acid from the lymph system.

The lymph system is “supposed” to be cleansing your body and detoxing it for you, however, most people are not putting in the foods that help it to cleanse.  Therefore, dirty lymph just keeps re-circulating, creating an acidic body, a condition called acidosis.  It’s the acidosis that is the basis for most of the so called diseases.  (Dr. Morse’s opinion here).

I found out about all of this from someone I know, who cured himself of a bad case of excema, using this Dr. Morse diet.  Not having anything to lose, I gave it a try.  I was hoping to improve my acne, but didn’t realize I’d be doing a whole body detox!

Here is Dr. Morse’s video called The Great Lymphatic System, which is rather long and he is long-winded and opinionated but it’s worth watching because you can get the idea of the lymph system as your sewer system, which is supposed to bring wastes out of the body.

Anyhow, that’s how funny the LOA is!  I kept getting symptoms I didn’t like, until I cleared my head enough to find some answers!  The answers couldn’t NOT come, as I kept on checking in with Source about it.  I kept on believing I was healthy, even though I didn’t manifest perfect health yet.  I felt my way toward the health I was seeking!  The more I believed that good health was mine and that I deserved it, the more I kept receiving impulses about what to do next.

So at first, I started eating grapes often, then eventually tried a few days in a row on juice fasts.  The more citrus juices I used, the better my face began to look.  I took the adrenal herbs daily.  Gradually, it was getting better.  I wasn’t hard core, but definitely could tell that when I ate any “regular” food (not a raw fruit or vegetable), I paid a price with my skin and I could feel it in my digestion as well.  So this diet that was fixing my acne, is actually helping my whole body.  Small problems have already been healed, like when I hurt my wrist a few months ago–that pain is now gone.

The LOA keeps helping me find the answers, just a little at a time.  And finding the answers feels a lot better than being confused, unsure, and disappointed.  I aligned with having the health I wanted, and the right people showed up, the right diet showed up, the right feelings kept on coming.

Now, I have a face that is looking great overall, with still a little acne, but the quality has changed…my skin is softer, and I don’t get the cystic acne because my hormones are more balanced.  This diet takes into account all the endocrine system, so that the pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenals, etc…are all supported, and when I actually feed my body real food (in the form of herbs and fruit) it can come into balance.

My type 1 diabetes is also doing well, and I’m definitely feeling healthy.  Read my additional LOA post about that here!

I’m not a doctor, and this isn’t medical advice.  It’s my belief that herbal remedies work well.  I’m just sharing my story about how this diet has helped me and you can make your own decisions about your health.  Thanks for reading about this Dr. Morse diet, and if you are interested in reading more about him, you can go to his Dr. Morse Herbal Health Club website or check out his YouTube channel.

I plan to keep on feeling out what is best for me, and following this diet to the end.  I have to take it as far as I can because no other diet has ever helped me so much!

Getting What You Want is Easy

Getting what you want is easy, when you stop doing what is keeping you out of your vortex.  Today, let’s talk about how to relax and create some flow using the Law of Attraction!

We all think we have pretty good lives, but think it’s just moments when we think negatively.  Just a few.

Or, do we?

How many times a day do you negate what another is saying?  Disagree?

How many times a day do you create a judgment about yourself, or others?

How many minutes a day do you spend telling the same sad story or complaint (health problem, relationship problem, work problem, money problem) over and over again?

Is your self talk, and talk with others about all your problems in life?

How often do you actually get in an argument?

Or use manipulation or force someone (child, partner, community members, or another adult at home or at work) to do something they don’t want to do?

Are you bossy, uneasy, annoyed, fighting against things? What else might you be that simply just gets in the way of manifesting something good?

One thing is for SURE, if you don’t have what you want, you are doing something similar to the above.  BUT…

There are literally endless possibilities of great options that the Universe cooks up for us, as soon as we ask.  So, if Source is giving it to us (no condition from Source because Source only loves us and knows we are worthy and deserving of it!) we have to line up with the feeling of having it now.

I know I like to just do a short breathing exercise when I feel myself getting judgmental or annoyed…just ten deep breaths is usually enough to make a big difference. Some days I have to talk myself into a better mood through the Abraham Processes, which I can teach you through private coaching.

All I know is that, life is way better when we start to see ourselves as PART of an awesome plan, so we are a cooperative piece in this plan.  When we relax, we can get on the road to anything we want!  Things do start to trickle in, a little at first, but then as we can maintain a better mood, more things we’ve asked for do come. (That’s building momentum gradually with the LOA).

Do you want to get more of the things you’ve wanted?  Chances are it’s certain feelings you regularly and routinely have that are blocking you, and not that you should give up on your dreams!  Your truest desires, which you’ve amended over time, are coming to you, as long as you take time to keep your vibration clear!

Spend a minute relaxing your body, feeling the tightness slip away easily, from head to toe.  Feel the ease and freedom in your body.  Then focus your attention towards things you like, such as a nice, clear day in nature.  Picture yourself happy there, feel the clothing on your body (is it for leisure or exercise, maybe?).  Soft, cool, perfect.

Feel the air, the life-giving quality it possesses.  How cool it feels on your nose, a light breeze floating by.  How the sun feels warm on your skin.  And it’s all perfectly suited to you and what you like.  A perfect moment because you are in exactly the right place at the right time.  Now is the only time that matters.

Notice the ease, how time doesn’t matter.  No rush, just being in this moment.  All is quiet, except for some chirping birds and their wings flapping, maybe some squirrels chasing each other.  And here you are happy.  And continue breathing and creating a mental environment for your own happiness to flow.

This is a feeling you can also cultivate and take with you throughout the day.  Please cultivate it daily, thinking of things that make you happy.  Abraham has given the wisdom to us, that the fastest way to what you want, is to stop doing that thing you keep doing…which is the daily blocking!   Coaching is a fun, personalized, and interesting way to remove these blocks and let more good into your life.

Abraham-Hicks Acne Liver Cleanse Gallbladder

Hey Abraham-Hicks peeps, Just wanted to share a wonderful thing that has happened to me recently…

You probably already know that having pain or health issues always begins in the mind and only later can manifest in the body with a health problem.  Well for me, I had struggled with Acne since I was nine years old, and then gallstone attacks after my third child was born.  So, I cleansed my liver and gallstones using The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush (by Andreas Moritz)…and it took twelve, I repeat, 12 flushes for me to remove all of my stones.

I did the maintenance flushes once or twice a year after that until…all of a sudden (with the stress of dealing with a family member’s illness) so over a period of months, my gallbladder symptoms were back and worse (feeling it in my back and having pain 24 hours a day).  Well, I did get it checked by a real doctor, and the ultrasound said I was clear of stones…What a big relief!  After understanding my symptoms better, another doctor helped me to realize, my gallbladder was spasming.

At this point, most people would go and have their gallbladders removed (even getting the tests involve injecting radioactive dye into the body, something I would never do) because of the pain.  So, I was on my own using the LOA to find a solution to what my body needed.  And I was ready to give up and really listen.

Since January of this year, I started taking iodine, and I was also self diagnosing a sluggish thyroid.  I read that taking selenium with the iodine was beneficial, so I was making sure I took a small amount.  As the pain in my gallbladder got worse, I began a liquid diet, low in fat so that my gallbladder wouldn’t act up, mostly herbal teas with honey.  Eventually I came to a wonderful epiphany when a customer at the health food store where I work bought a liver cleanse.

I read the main ingredient, selenium 200 mcg.  And then I realized…I needed more selenium.  So, I went over and bought the last liver cleanse on the shelf, and then took even more selenium (being careful not to go over 900 mcg, which is likely the upper limit).  Stayed in the vortex often, knowing that help was on the way and that I was feeling so much relief.

This is the best and most amazing part!  Not only did the selenium make my gallbladder finally stop spasming, but it also is helping to clear up my acne which I’ve blogged about here before.  With only a few days of using higher amounts of selenium, my acne is barely there.  Cysts that would plague me for months are nearly completely gone.

This is definitely a big breakthrough for me, and I’ve always been a little camera shy…but with my face clearing up, I guess I’m ready for some videos for this site!

I had heard that the skin is where toxins can come out when the body doesn’t know how to get rid of them, and that acne is different for everyone.  For some, it’s hormonal (and I thought mine was)…for others maybe not.  Either way, I think it’s worth it to ask your body!  Trace minerals like selenium are cheap and easy to supplement with.  Just eating a few brazil nuts a day may even be enough selenium to cleanse with.

(There are other ingredients in the various liver cleanses out there, mine had milk thistle, dandelion, NAC, choline, and more).

So, if you are struggling with acne and want to clear up your acne using the law of attraction, or if you have gallbladder and liver issues, it might be a great idea to try selenium if you are deficient.

Feeling Satisfied when you aren’t

Hey, Abrahamsters, Do you often struggle with the idea that you should feel good or feel satisfied but then realize you don’t have anything to be happy about?

Some people ask me if they should try to be happy when they aren’t, and the answer is YES.  There is always something to be happy or joyous about, even if you can’t find something in your own life.  If you really think life sucks, then the sun will still rise.  If you feel uncomfortable in your body, there will still be trees and flowers (and they never ask if they are good enough, they just are).  If you think you are broke, well maybe love is making the world go round.  If you are too confused to see/think/feel clearly, just try to relax and get more neutral for a while.

Being detached is a nice feeling.  Not trying too hard, or pushing against, or fixing anybody or anything.

Removing yourself for a while, so that you can get clearer.  Clarity is the best feeling, because it leads to so many good feelings…

So, yes, relax, get neutral, and eventually, gradually, begin building this idea that the Universe is providing for you, giving and gifting TO you, and that you have an abundance not just of things, but also good feelings.

Every good feeling is a manifestation worth noticing!

And when you do, that is the feeling of happy, pleased, satisfied…

Take notice of these little things, feeling moments of joy, seeing the beauty in someone else’s creations (art, jewelry, a nice home, landscaping, clothing, interactions, etc…). Doesn’t even need to be yours.  You can just enjoy what you are seeing.  What you notice is a reflection of you and your current vibe.

And so is your satisfaction level.

So you aren’t satisfied, and you bridge the gap for a while until you are more satisfied.  Then you do it some more, and eventually you realize you are mostly satisfied.  This is the road to happiness.

If you want more good, you have to find the good where ever you are!

What’s good right now?  What are you able to do?  How are you able to move your body?  Do you have friends and family?  Are your loved ones kind and generous, and are you?  Do you  have a nice place to live?  Work that pays well enough to pay your bills?  Or at least some of them?

When you start noticing what is going right, more things going right are sure to land right at your door.  and then, you will really say, “Wow, I’m so satisfied about this!”

The feeling of satisfaction brings more satisfaction.  Now, get out there and create some satisfying feelings for yourself!!  WOOHOO for you.

Shadow Work or LOA

Did you ever wonder how effective Shadow Work by Carl Jung is?  When I was in college, I learned about Carl Jung and felt a strange belief, an alignment with him and what he delved into.

However, I always had issues with psychology in general because it was fixated on finding something wrong with people!  So, I found issues with all of psychology, and thought there was more to it, that people were far more than one little part of their lives, or any observable behavior.

Shadow work involves looking at fears, the parts of you that you didn’t or weren’t able to observe, to shed light on them and to actually gain strength and understanding.

Yet, my experience was the opposite!  Every time I looked hard at what I feared, I created more of that!  So the Law of Attraction is always at work…

The Law of Attraction says that whatever you focus on you create, and it’s true no matter how good the intention is.  If the focus is fear, weakness, and problems, guess what I was creating more of?

I’ve met a lot of people through my work as a teacher, guidance counselor, and LOA Life Coach that really think they have to “work through” and struggle with their past in order to figure it out.  Nothing could be further from the truth.

Sometimes we just can’t see or believe for a while, even if someone is pointing it out.  We like to stay and complain for a while, often for decades about the same problem, rather than truly shining the light on it or ourselves.  Shining the light feels like forgiveness and freedom, it feels like choice, it feels like movement into something new.  That is why I love Abraham, to always guide me towards what is good for me.

BUT I can only reach so far with LOA, so the changes need to be gradual.

I finally heard an Abraham-Hicks video on this exact topic, but have known that we can’t feel good looking at our problems!  I’ve always felt more comfortable looking at what is right, at our strengths, at our gifts.  I hope you enjoy this LOA gem, and remember to keep moving forward in positive momentum toward your joys.  Stay in the light, don’t keep looking at the dark!

Donations or Hosting an Event for Land for the Homeless?

We all to give to charity, at least from time to time.  Us here in the “energy world” of light workers and healers seem to generously give to many and as frequently as we can.

What I’d like to request after time and consideration is that anyone who is interested in helping LandfortheHomeless.org, which is a non-profit 503C in NJ working with the unsheltered homeless…

  • We’ve done drives with some success,
  • We’ve done tabling (Like at Barnes & Noble in Brick around the holidays, and Michelle Leonard with SoulSational in the summer) with some success,
  • We’ve done food and supply drop offs,
  • We’ve done a spaghetti dinner and an auction.

All these things are AWESOME, but we would love to have “regular” monthly contributions from our many supporters.

Would you be on board with signing up for a recurring monthly payment of as little as $1 through PayPal?  Maybe $5 or $10?

Stop Jumping Around with Law of Attraction Energy Practices

You know those people.

They complain that nothing is working.  They’ve tried “everything”.  Yet, still…no results.  I have news for you.  They aren’t really practicing then.

You see, nobody needs a toolbox with thousands of tools, or needs to read every book by every expert.  Yet, so many jump from person to person’s wealth of “knowledge” just to see what they know.  But then–they don’t dedicate much time to an actual PRACTICE, so they still don’t get very far with any one thing.

Nothing improves for this person, their life sucks, they say, or that they have major problems in every area, career, family, money, and health.

You find yourself giving them your words of wisdom about being positive, but you really know that IF they were practicing any one energy practice, they would see gradual results.  But you are a good friend so maybe you won’t say a thing (because you’ll just LOA ignore them)…

IF you happen to be the jumper, that’s ok…take a deep breath and just release that need to learn more and practice later.  Just get comfortable practicing now.  Whatever you want, practice now.

If you are feeling lonely and isolated, go out and practice being with others.  Give someone the gift of YOU, and others will see you and welcome you. (Go into it with frustration and anger and others will not want you there).

If you are unhappy with yourself in some way, release the need to be perfect and embrace that you are in exactly the right spot that is needed for the changes you want.  And now the changes can come.  There is something to be happy about right now, that the sun was there to light our planet (even if you didn’t find anything personal…look around at the systems put in place that our human laws can’t explain).

If you are disappointed you haven’t reached your goal yet, meditate and get quiet.  Feel that you are moving in the right direction now.  Source always has a way to bring your favorite people, things, and fun to you, but only if you get into receiving mode.  Yes, it can happen, and yes, it can be easy.  Even your whole life can be easy.  If you can practice ease now.

Stop jumping from program to program and stick with things that work, such as:

  1. Meditation
  2. Journaling
  3. Being Present

There are lots of law of attraction books and teachers and systems and you may have tried a few or many.  Think about what works, and it’s usually something simple and easy.  So that is what I like to promote, that you have this innate ability to get back to that simple and easy approach and make it yours.  You are completely intuitive and meant to use it!!

You are a goldmine of good qualities, and these qualities can come out when you are free from interference of the mind.  These three items, meditation, journaling, and being present all have the idea of being present and being comfortable with yourself.

Feel Like Your Life is a Masterpiece

No matter where you are in your life, you have to feel like you yourself are an accomplishment.  Like you are the value and purpose of your own life.

Wait…you don’t always feel like that?  I know.  We’ve all been told we’re not enough.  We’ve all suffered and told ourselves that we weren’t strong, that we’re messed up.

But what if all of that was wrong…because we focused on what was wrong with us (or what we were lacking), and that we weren’t looking at what was right with us?

As Dr. Wayne Dyer said, “When you change the things you look at, the things you look at change.”  Doesn’t that stop and give you pause?

Spending time dissecting all the things I did wrong was a pasttime of mine, and I know I’m pretty normal, so I am guessing most people–especially women–do this.  But we don’t have to.

And I won’t any longer.  Feeling strong in what is good about me is now my pasttime.  I feel great knowing that I’m special and loved, I’m adored because Source loves me.  And I am comforted that Source loves every single one of us.  Equally.

And that because we’re eternal, there is no end to the creating.  If I don’t ever figure out how to relax in this lifetime, it’s ok.  I have many lifetimes.

What is going right with me?  A heck of a lot!  Most of me is pleasing to me, and I take pleasure in finding what is good in myself.  And because I took the time to learn this for myself, I can actually see more of the good in others as well.

Keeping the Mind Busy

You know what is a gigantic helper for the mood?

Just doing something and completely immersing yourself. By paying attention to something other than yourself and your feelings, you can guide your vibe into a helpful place.

So if you are in a bad mood, and you need a lift, have you ever just shifted focus by going to work and being in the moment there, and then felt better?  Or gone home from work and enjoyed your family and forgotten about work?

It’s totally OK to trick your mind!  In fact, it’s preferred to trying so hard to get out of a bad mood or “make something happen”.  Just doing one thing well and staying put in that moment creates an enjoyable experience.  Not worrying about the past or future.  Just staying put in a happy state.

Or, after a long week, maybe you take time to enjoy something like a girl’s night out, or donate your time to help someone else.

When you take your mind off of YOU, you actually feel better.

You don’t have to constantly be in a positive affirmation!  You just need to relax and find enough relief TO enjoy the present.  And you are getting better at this all the time. You got this!  Progress, not perfection, right?

It’s useful to have a mixture of tools, so this is one of the many LOA techniques that bring you back into alignment.  And alignment is everything.

We’re always looking at our conscious creating, and trying to work together to get better at it, and support each other.  We love, we care, we network, we support.  Women’s Sacred Circles and taking time out to really see each other, appreciate each other is what makes this movement special.
