Health in the New Year 2020

I’m wishing you Health in the New Year in 2020.

Some of you are wondering what kind of coaching I offer, like Keto, sports, Atkins, vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, etc…and I just have to say that I am happy to help you get intuitive about your goals, regardless of your chosen diet.

However, my specialty IS Detoxing for Health using fruit, veggies, and herbs that cleanse the body.  Putting the right foods in essential for cleansing.  The body literally cannot work as well if you continually put inflammatory foods into it.  HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT FOODS ARE INFLAMMATORY TO YOU?

If you have any unresolved symptoms of any diseases, inflammation, any ITISes (bursitis, arthritis, etc…), pain, or get sick often–then you are a perfect candidate for a good cleanse.  It is likely that it truly IS THE FOODS you’ve been choosing that are causing your inflammation or problems and chronic conditions.

Meats and dairy (proteins and fats) and sugary carbohydrates are super inflammatory.

The body is actually very simple.  It needs healthy PLANTS to run on.  There’s plenty of fructose and glucose in the plants.  You don’t need tons of extra protein or fat because fad diets say so.  You need fruits and vegetables.  Our bodies are complex machines yet doctors understand very little about them.  Fruits and veggies clean us out and put our bodies INTO an awesome and healthy DETOX MODE.  So think of it like a math problem, if I do x, then y occurs.  If I don’t do x then y never occurs.

Detox is like this.

Most people are skeptical when I tell them how good fruit is for cleaning out the body.  I tell them I’m a type 1 diabetic since I was a teenager, who eats mostly fruit, therefore I take very little insulin compared to others who just eat tons of carbs, fats, and proteins, and take ten times what I take.  I’ve cleared out countless problems in my own body, which is why I know how well, how fast, and how good this type of detox is.

I’m eager to assist anyone who wants to know how to use the fruits and veggies for their own personal detox.  My phone coaching sessions are easy and convenient, and I’m extending the BOGO for the New Year for a few more days, until January 4th, 2020.

Extremely reasonable prices, meant to allow you to begin with ease, (because of course we’re using the Law of Attraction as well), $300 BOGO for TWO people.  Normally, it’s $300 for one month of coaching.  So, you can share health with someone else or keep both for yourself.  Since detoxing takes some time–sometimes longer for others, we taper it off.  You decide on how much support you need with me, and you decide HOW you detox yourself because the pace is important so you continue to work, play, live.

Wishing you Health, Wealth, and Happiness

Holiday times are here, and of course, I’m understanding the LOA to do my best to bring myself some Health, Wealth, and Happiness.  Feeling good, being in appreciation, loving all I can.  Also choosing certain foods over others.  Certain foods bring a more alkaline environment into our bodies.  Then, our bodies feel better.  We’re in a better mood.  So then we also make better choices for the next meal.  And the cycle goes on.

I’m also wishing this for you.  I know the Universe is nothing BUT wellness.  Just a vortex circulating all our wishes, our personal note to Santa (or whatever cool fairy tale you believe in), and some cool stuff keeps on trickling in at whatever rate we allow it.

I’m in this place of knowing that it’s just FAR EASIER to be happy and wealthy if first we are HEALTHY–if we are sick, then we are constantly reminded of the injury (pain), discomfort, inflammation, etc…and it’s hard to think differently.  Yet the LOA says we must.  First, let’s remove as much inflammation as possible by eating better.  Next, if we’ve manifested some “diagnosis”, let’s act swiftly to feel better.

LOA for Health

Hi LOA friends,

I’ve been working on my own health and wellbeing, so much so that I was trained to Detox.  Meaning, I’m using alkaline foods such as fruits, veggies, and herbs to get better health.  But, it’s funny because it’s obvious to me that these alkaline foods are what Source created for our species to eat, yet, people wish to say they are omnivores and can eat whatever they want.  The truth is…we know a rich diet is causing us to get diseases.  So, how can we and how far we go into a real detox is super important information.  It’s all part of our thinking about health and disease also.

If you believe that the food you eat is making you sick, then you do need to change the food!!!

If you don’t know why you’re sick, you do need to change your food!

So many people I meet deal with digestive symptoms for EVERY SINGLE MEAL they eat.  Like they literally have problems digesting everything.  WHY is that?

Because we’re eating for emotional reasons, we’re upset because of a diagnosis, we have family histories of problems, we’re making poor food choices, there are toxins in the environment.  YES.  YES.  Yes.  Yes.  Yes.

What do you DO if you are ridden with such problems?  First of all, don’t plan out every meal you’re going to eat.  Just think about the next meal.  Think simple, like eating an apple or making a smoothie with fruit and fruit juices.  Easy to digest meals.  When you eat and then feel good about making the meal, eating the meal, and digesting/after the meal, you’re going to feel better emotionally AND physically.  When you feel better, you’ll be led to new information that you maybe didn’t notice before because you were so busy paying attention to things that were going wrong.

That is just how the LOA works.  When some topic is bothersome, you ignore it or you distract yourself.  Think about something OTHER than your health and for God’s sake don’t be that person that needs to talk about their health problems all the time.

LOA Acne and Detoxing the Body

It’s really exciting to wake up and look in the mirror and LOVE what you see, Yes?

To be pleased with your own face, to be sure it’s easy to maintain inner beauty.  To have a sense of contentment after reaching this place where you just know you are beautiful and you don’t need to work hard at it.

Well, for many years I had an extra bad case of acne!  And I started doing a detoxing program for the whole body, not one you buy in a kit, although those can be helpful also, but the kind that I researched, bought books on, tested out, and began to practice…with great results so far.

And, it’s not hard or expensive!  It’s mostly drinking more grape juice with lemon juice squeezed in.  And taking a few supplements.  It’s the Dr. Robert Morse diet, and I’m telling you about it because it ties into my own healing for my acne, using the law of attraction.

I’ve seen many variations, but the main idea is to kickstart the body’s ability to cleanse by getting the kidneys filtering properly (I use adrenal and kidney herbs to do this).  Once the kidneys are filtering, then I used lymph herbs.  And all the while, I am using fruit, fruit juices, and lemon water as much as possible, because they are astringents to remove acid from the lymph system.

The lymph system is “supposed” to be cleansing your body and detoxing it for you, however, most people are not putting in the foods that help it to cleanse.  Therefore, dirty lymph just keeps re-circulating, creating an acidic body, a condition called acidosis.  It’s the acidosis that is the basis for most of the so called diseases.  (Dr. Morse’s opinion here).

I found out about all of this from someone I know, who cured himself of a bad case of excema, using this Dr. Morse diet.  Not having anything to lose, I gave it a try.  I was hoping to improve my acne, but didn’t realize I’d be doing a whole body detox!

Here is Dr. Morse’s video called The Great Lymphatic System, which is rather long and he is long-winded and opinionated but it’s worth watching because you can get the idea of the lymph system as your sewer system, which is supposed to bring wastes out of the body.

Anyhow, that’s how funny the LOA is!  I kept getting symptoms I didn’t like, until I cleared my head enough to find some answers!  The answers couldn’t NOT come, as I kept on checking in with Source about it.  I kept on believing I was healthy, even though I didn’t manifest perfect health yet.  I felt my way toward the health I was seeking!  The more I believed that good health was mine and that I deserved it, the more I kept receiving impulses about what to do next.

So at first, I started eating grapes often, then eventually tried a few days in a row on juice fasts.  The more citrus juices I used, the better my face began to look.  I took the adrenal herbs daily.  Gradually, it was getting better.  I wasn’t hard core, but definitely could tell that when I ate any “regular” food (not a raw fruit or vegetable), I paid a price with my skin and I could feel it in my digestion as well.  So this diet that was fixing my acne, is actually helping my whole body.  Small problems have already been healed, like when I hurt my wrist a few months ago–that pain is now gone.

The LOA keeps helping me find the answers, just a little at a time.  And finding the answers feels a lot better than being confused, unsure, and disappointed.  I aligned with having the health I wanted, and the right people showed up, the right diet showed up, the right feelings kept on coming.

Now, I have a face that is looking great overall, with still a little acne, but the quality has changed…my skin is softer, and I don’t get the cystic acne because my hormones are more balanced.  This diet takes into account all the endocrine system, so that the pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenals, etc…are all supported, and when I actually feed my body real food (in the form of herbs and fruit) it can come into balance.

My type 1 diabetes is also doing well, and I’m definitely feeling healthy.  Read my additional LOA post about that here!

I plan to keep on feeling out what is best for me, and following this diet to the end.  I have to take it as far as I can because no other diet has ever helped me so much!

LOA Forums and Fun with Good Vibe University

Well I’m all for a good time, so I signed up for LOA Forums with Good Vibe University.

Jeannette Maw is the head coach over there (and I did have an excellent private coaching session with her a few months ago), giving some sparkling ideas and insights as to what life can be.  So, I really like her coaching style, and for a nice, low monthly fee, I get access to some of the best private LOA information online, not to mention coaching for ME!  Plus, I get the wonderful co-creation process of giving and taking in the forums, because that in and of itself is truly an inspiration, where I get to learn better how to manifest all I want.

Right now, there is a back to school special going on, but still it is well worth the money–only $9 a month for access to the best LOA courses and coaching at Good Vibe University!  I have already learned how to get better results with my blood sugars, and manifest more money.  I have also had a lot of great inspiration as well, leading me to take certain actions or think certain thoughts, and this came from being in the right state of mind and heart to receive it.

I am really happy to also say that I will be helping start a new forum topic, which is Law of Attraction and Parenting, and maybe even Divorce, and I’ll be offering my insights as part of the GVU community there.

Manifest Emotions Not Manifestations for Stuff Money Cars Homes Relationships

Key Law of Attraction Point:  You want to feel good, so Manifest Emotions, not Manifestations, for stuff like money, cars, homes, relationships.  The joy is in the journey is what all the sages say.

Abraham teaches that we all “think” we would feel better if we had the things we want, but we have to feel good now, in order for the thing we want to manifest.  Yes, it seems most of us have gone about it backwards!

For the easiest manifesting, we have to feel the feeling of having it (the car, the love, the new job, etc.) already done. What does life look like when you already have the one thing you really want? (I do creative visualization and envision myself being happy in all the points of my day, enjoying fun with my family and friends, creating something within the community, good food and fun events together, and working at my leisure with perfect clients, so everything I do is easy, fun, and filled with goodness, abundance, and wellness.  I have all the qualities I want to possess.)

When we let go of “needing” it to be done asap, there is such a relief!  We can relax and enjoy the journey and the visualizations.  When we focus on feeling good, and just intending to feel love or peace, that love and peace begins to show up.  Acknowledge that in your own experience and watch more and more and better and better show up!  You will see a difference after a day or two, but it’s best to keep this up and play with it for 30 days or more.  Once you do that, you’ll keep changing it up.  🙂

I was just enjoying some positive aspects of one of my children and how she is more empowered, and I’m seeing evidence of that in my experience growing and building and strengthening.  I know it’s partly because of the work that I’m doing in my own mind (my emotional journey).  I take no credit for her experience, because it’s hers…BUT I know that I only notice the things I want to notice now, and empowerment is one of those emotions.

What emotions would you like to embody?  What change would you like to see in the world?

I want to see the evidence of love and peace, of kindness and compassion, of calm confidence, of support and abundance. When those things are my focus, I do see them.  When I revert back to watching the news, I start to see scarcity and hatred instead.  So, I’m smart enough to return my focus to what I am wanting, and it’s positive emotions, positive expectation, and positive beliefs.
