Feel Like Your Life is a Masterpiece

No matter where you are in your life, you have to feel like you yourself are an accomplishment.  Like you are the value and purpose of your own life.

Wait…you don’t always feel like that?  I know.  We’ve all been told we’re not enough.  We’ve all suffered and told ourselves that we weren’t strong, that we’re messed up.

But what if all of that was wrong…because we focused on what was wrong with us (or what we were lacking), and that we weren’t looking at what was right with us?

As Dr. Wayne Dyer said, “When you change the things you look at, the things you look at change.”  Doesn’t that stop and give you pause?

Spending time dissecting all the things I did wrong was a pasttime of mine, and I know I’m pretty normal, so I am guessing most people–especially women–do this.  But we don’t have to.

And I won’t any longer.  Feeling strong in what is good about me is now my pasttime.  I feel great knowing that I’m special and loved, I’m adored because Source loves me.  And I am comforted that Source loves every single one of us.  Equally.

And that because we’re eternal, there is no end to the creating.  If I don’t ever figure out how to relax in this lifetime, it’s ok.  I have many lifetimes.

What is going right with me?  A heck of a lot!  Most of me is pleasing to me, and I take pleasure in finding what is good in myself.  And because I took the time to learn this for myself, I can actually see more of the good in others as well.

IF you have trouble finding what is going right with yourself, consider coming to a Women’s Sacred Circle and get in touch with our community of Beautiful Goddesses that would completely adore you and remind you that you are amazing.  There is no need to wait.  You deserve all good right now.  With nothing to prove, join ours or any other women’s circle for some awesome vibes.

We meet a few times a month for these Women’s Circles in Belmar and Brick, NJ.

The remembering is what is important.  Because we all would remember if we could release the toxic ideas we started believing about ourselves.  We each have the power to turn all that upside down!  to get our personal power back!  It’s easier and more fun than you think, just gradually building new ideas about self, so that you can allow yourself to become this Masterpiece.

Keeping the Mind Busy

You know what is a gigantic helper for the mood?

Just doing something and completely immersing yourself. By paying attention to something other than yourself and your feelings, you can guide your vibe into a helpful place.

So if you are in a bad mood, and you need a lift, have you ever just shifted focus by going to work and being in the moment there, and then felt better?  Or gone home from work and enjoyed your family and forgotten about work?

It’s totally OK to trick your mind!  In fact, it’s preferred to trying so hard to get out of a bad mood or “make something happen”.  Just doing one thing well and staying put in that moment creates an enjoyable experience.  Not worrying about the past or future.  Just staying put in a happy state.

Or, after a long week, maybe you take time to enjoy something like a girl’s night out, or donate your time to help someone else.

When you take your mind off of YOU, you actually feel better.

You don’t have to constantly be in a positive affirmation!  You just need to relax and find enough relief TO enjoy the present.  And you are getting better at this all the time. You got this!  Progress, not perfection, right?

It’s useful to have a mixture of tools, so this is one of the many LOA techniques that bring you back into alignment.  And alignment is everything.

We’re always looking at our conscious creating, and trying to work together to get better at it, and support each other.  We love, we care, we network, we support.  Women’s Sacred Circles and taking time out to really see each other, appreciate each other is what makes this movement special.

See my Facebook page for LOA Events such as Women’s Circles and Money Vibe Groups coming up in the Central NJ area.

Be sure to comment about what your favorite way to keep your mind busy so that you can pass on the love to others, and learn something new to keep your alignment!

Having Great Flow

Right now, I’m talking about momentum of good stuff happening.  Flow.  Movement.  Coming from a place of Alignment.  Feeling even a little bit of joy (it doesn’t have to be a lot), knowing that you are creating it as you go.  Nothing happens overnight, it’s far more gradual than that.  A good mood just building over time into something way more than just a good mood…

Waking up happy is nice.  If you haven’t felt like you can be like that, you are missing out!  Life wasn’t meant to be a struggle, so if you want to improve your life, what is it you are looking at ABOUT your life?  Is it some area you want to be different?  Are you upset or sad that you haven’t achieved something important to you yet?

Distinguished Conscious Creators know how to keep a balance between reality–what is–and what they would like to be in the near future.

Default Creators just keep looking at what is…and it stays the same.

The difference is that the Conscious Creators don’t get stuck in reality, they don’t accept it fully because they know it’s always shifting.  And they shift with reality.

When default creators see boring, conscious creators see new fun coming and let’s play with this and see what happens.

When default creators see not enough money, conscious creators feel money coming from being in a good mood.

When default creators curse disease, conscious creators say, “thank you for my healing.”

The Conscious Creators know how to keep their mood stable, no matter what comes their way, and that is the difference we all long for.  Having a stable mood is the key to happiness.  I’m not saying that we all don’t experience most emotions, it’s just that good flow happens from cultivating the source of happiness from within (not from others), so every little thing doesn’t throw them off.

Conscious Creators guide their own mood,  and when something does come up, they regain their control faster than most people would. Makes sense, right?

Good flow is natural, yet many long for this state of being in the zone.  Life is full of abundance, synchronicities, and fun.  It’s a normal and natural state.  If you would love to experience more of that, contact me for info about how to use your own Intuition to get you where you want to go.

Morning Appreciation Manifesting Routine Abraham Hicks

Some people wake up super happy, so I am sharing my morning appreciation routine, some of it is Abraham-Hicks type stuff but all of it is energy work, clearing energy blocks, and being my Highest Self.

I wanted to share some of what I’m doing–because feeling good is what I want and I know this is helping me to focus my mind in the right way to consistently have good feelings.

If I just looked at my reality, I might not be able to find happiness.  I had to not judge appearances, and realize my God Self, and really go beyond my limits.  As a mom in my early forties, I am realizing that the only thing that matters is love, and I want my new image of myself to reflect my new beliefs, which include love, appreciation, joy, happiness, peace, and especially freedom.

So, this is what I’m doing to create the good feelings (kind of like I’m invincible, and I know I am because I am eternal anyway):

1.  Wake up and appreciate what I’m experiencing right then.  Things like my bed, knowing my children are safe, that we have so many freedoms and abundance of all kinds.

2.  I write one or more paragraphs in my journal about a specific good feeling (fun, playfulness, thoughtful, caring, generous, unconditional love, clarity) and spend about 2-5 minutes writing, because as I write I am building in positive momentum, as long as I keep my words general.  For instance, “All is well, everything is always working out for me, and I am realizing my Highest Self” feels way better than, “I barely paid my bills.”  Of course, there are differences between these two statements, and reasons for choosing each.  The first speaks of unconditional faith and a knowing that all really is well because I can’t make a mistake, and all life is really perfect as is.  The second speaks of lack, which is something we all want to stay away from.  There is a story we all tell ourselves after we experience something–if you tell yourself a story of lack then you are blind to the Universal Laws that are working without permission from you.

3.  I visualize my Energy Ball, (rub your hands together and feel the energy between them) like Christie Marie Sheldon, and I put all the good feelings I want in it for myself and others. So, I just feel me planting the love, the peace, the fun, the freedom, the clarity, the abundance, the gentleness, the harmony, the cooperation, the forgiveness in the energy between my hands, and I send this energy ball to myself, then all of my family members, then all the beings in the world and universe.

You may think this is no big deal, but I assure you, it is.  To have faith in myself and my creative abilities is what God or Source wants for us.  If you are inclined, try this as well,, and share any other good morning appreciation or manifesting routine or tips you may have.

Finding Bliss during stressful times

Welcome to LOA and More! Today I am interested in expressing how well the LOA works and how to use it effectively even when you feel like you’ve been given a bowl of lemons.

Everyone feels helpless at times, like the control we have is slipping away. Like we are trying so hard and what we want is leaving, and there is a void. Or an angry person is telling you where to go and you not only don’t deserve it, but you didn’t see it coming!

If we are practicing LOA then we also know that we create our own reality…So what we expect, desire, and believe will happen is what will manifest.

And this is why it’s not necessary to be perfect, but it is necessary to make gradual changes in how you respond to each situation that arises. It’s not complicated, especially if you just try to maintain a good mood most of the time.

See if the next few examples make sense for you and if you’d like to challenge yourself to try it as well.

1.  You’re speaking with your spouse and then he/she finds fault with you. Typically, you would stuff that feeling down or get upset and blow up.

LOA teaches awareness, so you can stop or slow down the flow of energy toward helplessness, anger, fear, shame, doubts.  Even while your partner is unhappy, you don’t have to be!

You can remember to breathe and relax in the knowing that this accusation is not about you, but about him/her.

You might be considerate and acknowledge that your partner may have had a bad day, or maybe received some bad news.  Becoming aware of yourself during these situations is a great step toward having a new and desired outcome.  What would you like yours to be?

2.  You thought you were getting ahead then you get yet “another” setback.  You feel burdened with all you have on your shoulders, and you barely have any room to move.

LOA teaches you to find ease, so that when you aren’t in a sticky situation, you would be practicing ease.  If you were doing that often, you will see the results!  So, what can you do now to bring some ease into your life?  Something small, like breathing deeply while you are waiting in line, or while you are driving?

You can’t get ahead until you decide you have an easy life right now!

Hope you can feel the love, and that you’ll create your own today.  Jen C, the Law of Attraction Life Coach

Love for all at Christmas 2015

This year, I am in awe of the good I’ve created for myself and in the world.  I am really starting to live my core values well, and I see big changes every day.  But, mostly, I am so happy and thankful that I have love for all at Christmas 2015.

I see and hear people complaining about others every day, and I it’s easier to not be affected by this.  The “problems” they complain about are usually their immediate family, friends, boss, coworkers, and neighbors doing them wrong, or people of some group that has somehow wronged someone else.

I challenge this, because I am a LOA coach, and I know that it’s never the other’s fault.  What we see is what we are.  What we experience is what we are.

I know part of the reason I see this is because I’m a coach, and people tend to tell me their stuff and know that I can help in some way.  And I am happy to!  That will never cease, that people will have issues.  I just wish people could also be responsible for their own vibe and not make their unhappiness about others.

If a person is unhappy, it’s not anyone else’s fault.  That person needs to change their perspective TO gain happiness.  Other people don’t need to change a thing.  🙂

And so this whole Christmas thing (and I’m spiritual, not Catholic since I was in college), just reminds me of the truth of the soul, and how I love to see it expressed.  Every time someone complains, there is an unmet need, a desire.  I feel it’s important to help them find their true need, like compassion, to help them pinpoint what they really do want.  And to encourage them that it’s possible to have that.

So, if you complain to me and I stop you and ask you what you really do want, don’t be surprised if you figure it out and your life feels better.  I’ll be praising you for taking the reigns of your own life and I’ll raise a glass to your success this year.  And if your loved ones start complaining to you, you’ll know the best trick to turn the conversation around fast!

LOA diabetes

I wonder how many people are using LOA to heal from diabetes?  Probably not many, but I am telling some of my story in the hope that it will help someone.  Join my Diabetes into Wellness Facebook group here.

I made a commitment to be the healthiest diabetic I could be when I was first diagnosed at 17.  I still have no complications and am in pretty good overall health regardless, and I’m almost 42.  I have tried a bunch of different ideas over the past few years, all of them bringing me closer to healing completely.  I try not to think of myself as diabetic at all, even though doctors like to say I’m type 1 and it’s incurable.

I heard in the movie, The Secret, one of the authors/speakers say that incurable means “curable from within.”  That really stuck with me, and I have slowly made some progress to get better in many ways, focusing on overall health and happiness AND to take certain specific steps to heal diabetes.

I have personally met the doctor featured in Simply Raw, and he became my doctor for a short while.  He cured his own diabetes and became a naturopath to help others do the same.  But, I didn’t heal back then.  I still wasn’t ready.  So, I kept on the path, sometimes focused and sometimes not.

And here I am now, starting to get more answers to my puzzle–it’s not really a puzzle  any longer.  It’s just a path.  LOA teaches to think of the body as healed and to be thankful for that healing.  I practice this idea often, and use visualization to ponder what it feels like to be cured.

And today, I was so fortunate, I actually spoke with Dr. Robert Young, who wrote The PH Miracle for Diabetics.  He said that diabetes is really not a blood sugar problem, but a problem with salt, that the salt is necessary for so many bodily functions.  He said low blood sugar means low energy because there isn’t enough salt to get energy to the cells.

So, if you are apt to buy his book and read up on living healthfully with diabetes, I do encourage you to do so as well.  It’s definitely something that most doctors “think” they understand, but don’t really know at all.  I am on this path and will stay on it until I at least said, “I tried”, and I keep seeing myself as the healthy person I know I am, full of energy, full of life, full of vibrance, able to have fun and feel easy in my body.  I feel free and easy.  I radiate happy and healthy energy to others.

If you would like to join my Diabetes into Wellness Facebook group, you can learn all about how to use LOA and heal diabetes there.  The focus is type 1 or type 2, but anyone with gestational diabetes or type 1.5 is welcome to join in.

LOA and Sleep Problems with children

LOA and Sleep; no matter what you believe, it’s good to evaluate (in a fun way) where you can make some changes so that you can get a good night.

I became a very light sleeper as soon as my first daughter was born (14 years ago) because my mothering instinct just kept me awake.  I blamed the hormones.

Then, I had two more girls, my middle one with moderate sleep apnea, and my youngest needing less sleep than the others, even at 3.  I was desperate at some point, and my husband was also losing a lot of sleep and wasn’t his best at work.  Attitudes were cranky and we were using way too much caffeine.  Even so, everybody’s sleep patterns were changing (and still are) and so I had to realize that it’s better to let go of the outcome and make this not so important.  That I didn’t want to desperately “need” sleep.  And, worse, I didn’t want to try to control every little thing in my environment or what my kids were doing.

I wanted to use the law of attraction to change our sleep patterns and I did successfully.  I got used to the idea that it’s all temporary, it’s all changing–gradually each day–and that I can guide my mindset where I wanted to.

I started telling myself that I just want to feel good (classic LOA  and Abraham-Hicks) and started thinking about what that looked like.  To me, it looked like happy kids playing, laughing, and having fun doing all they love throughout the day, and cooperating and being harmonious.  To me, it looked like me having energy and joy when speaking with my children and me also having fun with them, being a great teacher.

(The trick here is thinking more about being happy and the good things in life that I do really want, and leaving sleep out of the equation, more than focusing on the lack of sleep and all of the potential problems concerning sleep that I could have spend many minutes or even hours complaining or explaining to others about).

In the beginning, try to realize that the Universe/Source IS supporting you, but has been giving you what you have been stating is your reality.  Only YOU can change that.  As you wake up at times you wouldn’t want to be awake or put a child back to bed, reassure yourself that you can be fully present for this moment and make good decisions, even if it’s just to be a happy enough parent to soothe your child, read a story, or just tell a story one more time.

And, don’t forget being thankful for the sleep that you do have, but leave it at that.  Don’t focus too much on sleep if you are not getting enough.  Focus on something else, how stillness and quiet feels in the night.  How a warm, sleeping body sounds next to you in bed.  What your beautiful children smell like, and how adorable they look as they drift off to sleep.  How safe and happy and securing it is to put little ones to bed and have some time to yourself.  How nice it is to wake up refreshed and feeling great.  Feeling free is also a good emotion to enjoy, even in your mind, because it helps you to have ore time freedom for yourself.  And, be thankful about how all of the answers you are seeking are open to you right now.

So, to recap,

  • Make sleep not so important and focused on–Instead think of the other things you are wanting and are happy about.  Just realizing that focusing on Lack of Sleep is the opposite of what you want might be enough to prompt a change within you.
  • Realize that gradual changes can turn into the lasting changes you want.
  • Visualize what you want (sound sleep even if only for a few hours), and literally ignore all you can about what you don’t want (because sleep is a loaded issue, you want to not talk/complain about it).
  • Make the best of every situation when you have to “be” awake–alone or with the kids.  Show the kids a the happiest parent you can be.
  • Be thankful for all the good, all the time, all the freedom, and all the blessings you do have.  What you focus on expands, this is the law of attraction.
  • Because everything is temporary anyhow, remember that everything is working out for you.

And if you are curious as to how my kids sleep patterns worked out, my oldest started staying up until 11 pm when she was in 6th grade, and it’s something I’m not worried about and have “let it go”.  My middle gets up to use the bathroom and goes right back to bed, usually with someone else, but she does fall asleep easily now.  She still wakes up at 4 am but does go back to sleep after that.  My little one just needs less than everybody else, so I don’t fight these things.  Overall, we have the sleep we need.  I am so thankful that this is where we are at!

You can do this as well, get clear about the good things you do want, and ignore as much as you can about what you don’t want.  You’ll get there!  It might take months and some nightly massages (those helped us a lot) or some other good inspiration will come to you, like speaking of peaceful things at bedtime or being thankful as you are all in bed.  Something will come and you will know what to do.  Just be open to what that is, and don’t worry about How the Universe can give you what you want.

Much love and may blessings from Jen C., the LOA Life Coach
