Expectations and the Now

Oh, how I love the subject of Expectations and the Now, or living in the Now…and I love just letting go of the past and finding the alignment I want now…it’s true that it really doesn’t matter what life was like 1 year ago, 5 years ago, or 10 or 20 or 30 or more years ago.  The only thing that matters is what we tells ourselves NOW.  This concept is fun to practice and live with and play with, to change around until you find a way of milking moments, to LOVE the now as best as you can, because it’s really all you’ve got.

This funny conversation is just a gem full of insights on how to use the Abraham Processes, using Ease, Fun, Clarity, Playing with others, FEELING that for many days…and how it will bring your vibration up AND bring the fun into your life.

I have had an amazing week of rendezvousing with lots of fun and fun people, and very few less aligned people and situations.  If you’d like to play with more fun people, have better relationships, more fulfilling family times, then maybe you could listen here (thank you, Dewdrop) and then spend the next month also putting that into your vortex and then knowing that you created it and as all the fun you wanted shows up, really feel your powerful creative ability.

As I think about how I get the best our of everyone else in my life when I don’t ask THEM to change to please me, I know I am so getting this!  The trick is to focus on the good I DO see in me, and in them.  Don’t get caught pigeon-holing people into set roles!  Let them rise to your good expectation of them!  Whether you are a parent, spouse, teacher, co-worker, boss, child, sibling–GIVE OTHERS A CHANCE to rise up!  It really works, but you must stick with it for a while.  You’ll see the results fast though!

Some of my personal successes just this week are, hearing my 5 year old counting on her own, finding many ladybugs at the beach, meeting a nice family at our library, and I’ve noticed that more people really are smiling at me when I walk by, or say, “hello”, or stopping to talk, and I’ve petting more dogs while I’ve been out in my neighborhood.  My house has been really peaceful, and I love that.  My husband took the time to speak with me about things that interest me (like natural health stuff) and he took a bike ride today.  I kept my cool as things I didn’t like appeared, so I know what I still will work on (which is NOT focusing there, and instead focusing on things I do like and want in my peeps) and when I normally would overreact to something, I was totally calm, enjoying the flow of how energy works, and like in slow motion, I told myself that I am soothed and perfectly satisfied with my life right now as I enjoy all co-creators learning their way around their vortexes.  Life is so good!

Creative Visualization Gone Wrong

How many times have you told yourself that you want something one specific way, and you visualized all the details, even consciously trying to create the “right” atmosphere in your mind, and then have something completely different manifest?

I know when I completed my MA, I was a special ed teacher and looking to move into a school guidance position.  Yet, when I visualized what I wanted, which was a good paying job that would realize my worth, I “knew” that I was coming in as a new counselor with zero experience, and I let it affect my worth…and I took a paycut to accept the job, which was also subpar. I soon left that job for another, and gaining in confidence, moved $10,000 up the pay scale AND found an amazingly good work environment on all levels, literally the perfect job.

Has that ever happened to you?  Or something similar?  Until I got it right in my mind, I couldn’t have what I wanted physically yet, it couldn’t manifest until I knew I was it. More

LOA and Increasing Personal Power

Anyone interested in LOA and increasing personal power is in for a treat today. I am going to give you a treat. I feel your thankfulness, and you are welcome. I want you to attain your goals, and I love being a cheerleader for all the things you want and think would be fun.

Some of the greatest teachings of Abraham-Hicks are these gems about gaining personal power, combined with some of my own experiences, which are certainly evolving as I progress through life as an Aber.  I even wrote a self-love report to help you learn and test manifesting, which of course A-H has inspired within me.  You can get it here for free, and it’s not available anywhere else.

  • Listen to this amazing Abraham-Hicks morning appreciation video and this one on increasing personal power first.
  • Realize that anything that is important is in our hearts, and the only thing that gives us strength is what we can give away to empower or inspire ourselves and others.
  • Know and believe fully that you are a conscious creator of your world, that you are contributing to the greater good and expansion of the universe, that life is good and fun, that you are only good (even if you were ever told differently), that in choosing to focus on something to make yourself happy or feeling appreciation is the strongest power you have.
  • Know and believe that you have the chance to create clarity by pre-paving your day.  You must not stay stuck in chaotic mental chatter, getting yourself nowhere every day.  You will know if this is happening because you will have the same results.  You must choose to have clarity in your life to lesson the doubt and worries you have, simply by asking for clarity.  Clarity helps the answers you have been asking to come to you.  When answers do come, and they will, listen to your internal voice and take action.  And be thankful right in that moment, bask in that moment, and more and more clarity WILL begin to come on a more regular basis.
  • Leave all your ideas about exactly HOW to get where you want to go in life OUT OF THE PICTURE.  If you continue to dictate to the universe or God every little detail about what you want, you will constantly be pulled out of the vortex as you realize it hasn’t manifested yet.  Don’t make this manifesting mistake; instead, just continue to have focus on just feeling happy in the moment and bask and enjoy as much of your life, your blessings, your time with family and friends, your job, your home, your car, etc…so that you continue to build more good feelings in each area of your life.
  • I am reading this awesome book called 365 Thank Yous: The Year A Simple Act of Gratitude Changed My Life, by John Kralik.  Since I believe that one of the best ways to influence others is just by noticing who they really are and appreciating them, and since writing a thank you can be a way to reach lots of various people in your life, I believe that this is a practice that can help anyone achieve their goals, but not because of the focus on achieving something.  Rather, feelings change from negative to positive as a person creates a focus on something to appreciate in others.  Really, everything is a gift, and when you take the time to “note” who is gifting to you, you create an amazing circle of kindness, that will in turn just keep coming back to you tenfold.

I challenge you, to look at your desires right now, and decide that if you are not reaching those goals, that you can dedicate yourself to changing even one small thing about your thinking, and even taking some action to writing a thank you note.
